In the nocturnal Havana, the dim light that illuminates its streets is supplied by the unreliable electrical power, the same that keeps the sound systems running at the techno parties. A group of young people, witnesses to the lack of all type of energy, drift through the city, lost in delirious conversations, conspiracies and apathies as the city grows darker.
